Yep he's nice to look at.

If it wasn't so miserable out I would go get his brother and pup him in the hunts. But it would have to rain and cool off.

Just want to let you know I have a pup out of Mose and Grace took her out the other night and she split from the older dogs and layed one up. Did a very nice job big mouth and hard tree dog. She's really coming on nice 11 months old and one of the best lookin hounds I've ever seen

in reality, Great, hot and dry here. kind of like when I was a kid every summer as I remember it. the last 15 years has kind of spoiled us I think.

How are things down south? hope to get that way to make some hunts this fall if they can get me walking again. Ponca City has always been one of my favorite places to hunt out of especially if that Dam Shelton is gone on the road some where.

Did ol Moose get all healed up good? luckiest dog I have ever seen live through an accident bar none. The night Hurt brought him by the house for me to look at I am still trying to figure out how you can run a stick 3/4 inch in diameter between your front leg and rib cage 9 inches deep and get into chest cavity. heck of a deal.

Easy there fat boy, I am gone alot but if I know your coming down I'll cancel a trip just to see if you got something on your leash that can tree a coon. The only reason you won't be married to anyone over 30 is because they are smart enough (or feel sorry for ya) to figure out all your BS.

Get healed up and come down, I'll put you on a mule so you wont have to walk, quit givin Ed so much $hit, your going to hurt his feelings.

Marcus, the weather down here sucks... We need alot of rain. As for Moose he's doin great. He's fat and out of shape just like me. I hope to make it up the end of September for the hunt at Altoona. Maybe we'll have cooler weather by then.

Well I have got moved and thought I would come out of retirement. Mose is sure hating this weather. I was able to get him in a few cornfield races before it got to hot. Looking forward to hunting. I have 2 young females that have got my attention. May be duds but like them both now.

Jazzy been running and treeing all most every time I dump her doing great needs a little more fire but I think that will come with time. What kind of mouth dose Mose have bawl chop mine is still trying to figure out if she want to chop or bawl on tree. Thanks

Mose is a hard chop mouthed tree dog. I have only seen a handfull of bawls mouth tree dogs out of him, but there are a few. My guess is that she will be a bawl mouth tree dog. Thanks for keeping me posted.

Blueticker,

I havn't hunted a lick in a few months. Just when i looks like the temperatures might get bareable for a fat guy to be out in them, my female comes in heat. Oh well. Better now than this winter.
I think I am going to break out and hunt Ruby for Marcus up at Scranton. I need to get down there and take her hunting a time or two before hand.

 Moyer's Blue Dan

Wayne Crabtree pm'd me to let me know that he put a 1rst on Dan Friday night. Dan also won a 2nd at Bluetick Days. Wayne wants to finish Dan to GRNT at bigger hunts, but they have been hunting Dan and Hemi getting them ready for Autumn Oaks and thought he would break Dan out for a little warm up. Congrats Wayne!

Dan is out of the Mose x Ruby cross.

Believe it or not I actually hunted every night this week except last night and tonight. I had to smoke a bunch of meat for a wedding, so last night I was getting ready for that and tonight I am still cooking.

She has some things about her I like. She has some things about her I'm gonna attempt to fix. Lol. I'm sure I'll have her screwed up for a while but I think a guy is gonna be able to win with her.
