Bean team-

Just checking in. I haven't been hunting 'PR' Pigg River Cyanide Clyde too much lately because of the heat! It's been in the mid to upper 90's here in the days and in the middle to upper 70's at night. It's getting really dry up my way.



As long as everything continues to go like it is right now and Clyde continues to show such great promise I might be looking for a female to add to my kennel. I haven't decided if I want a female directly out of bean or one that I can breed to bean (and eventually Clyde). Any suggestions?

These are some good looking bean pups! I'm glad to hear that everyone's bean dogs are doing well.

Tim- I appreciate the kind words. I know that often the best dog doesn't win for whatever reason but I was pretty proud of Clyde for his first night hunt. He just turned 13 months old and still has quite a bit of puppy in him. I am very anxious to push him hard this fall and watch him mature over the next year or so. He has his nights occasionally like any other dog but overall he is doing pretty good for a dog of his age. When I get ready for a female I will certainly get in touch with you regarding that. I haven't quite decided what I want just yet but

Have you heard anything else out of any of the pups out of Clyde's cross? The last I heard they were doing pretty well.
