huntaholic, you are wrong, this is about titled hounds vs. non titled hounds, but you misunderstand the meaning of the two! titled hound means CH, GR. CH, NT. CH, GR Nt. CH , and so be it vs. ' PR' whatever and 'PR' whatever else hound! and that is what this post is about, and yes this will prove that papers and titles mean nothing exactly, cuz it is about the dog/dogs and the best ones make themselves and paper only authenticates the hound! the hound still has to earn up to it! jeff eaves and tommy knapp along with myself, and buster selleck, will totally agree with me! it is so close to march! shaunvd, it would be an honor if you would accompany me on this challenge hunt!
"I believe if you work and work with the dog you can make it run and tree a coon watched a house dog tree with my dogs you work with the dog I believe you can make it do what you want it to. So agree or disagree?"
The above is a direct copy and paste of the very first post in this thread. I did it that way because I couldnt quote BOTH of yall in one reply. Now wit that said, TELL ME HOW IM THE ONE WHO IS WRONG ABOUT THE ORIGINAL INTENT AND PURPOSE OF THIS POST??!!!! Sure sounds to me like the original poster is talking about what we call a GRADE DOG, IE NO PEDIGREE PAPERS PERIOD!
Now to address your take on the subject. I agree! A dog with papers and no titles can be every bit as good, sometimes better than a dog that titled.
