Thanks ,

I've said before, if Mundo,Jr. had lived a mormal life he would have helped write a book in walker history not just a few chapters.
Some of these young dogs are really starting to put a huge list of wins together in major hunts and shows.
I am still trying to get "83 Nat. Gr. Ch.& 85 Nat. Gr. Ch. put in his titles on his offsprings ped. He did it with more Gr.Ch.'s shown then than now. It needs to be on his off springs ped.

Thanks Don,

Mundo III, I think is the youngest major title holder at Autumn Oak, ever. He won Best Male of Show at 7 mos.and 1 week old.
I sold him To Mr. Veron Michaels of Ill. and he got him killed at about 2 years old, I think. He won Best Male of Show at PKC Nat. that same year.
Mundo III was one of the beat young hounds in the woods I ever hunted, and a tree dog super deluxe.
That is the things you don't realize you don't have after you lose every thing when your home burns.
We really thank you for all the wonderful memories.

Junior and Joan

Commanche Mundo,

It has been a struggle getting back to my old bloodline and doing it in a way to bring back the same type conformation, the same type mouth, that can drive a track and get treed with a coon.
We think " Commanche Mundo" has a chanceto be that hound we started out to produce.

I can't believe how these pups have grown in an week. They have their eyes open now I will start feeding them next week.
We are on our way to Houston with our youngest daughter and her family for her yearly check-up at
M.D. Anderson clinic.
Just going through Texarkana now.

TRICIA,
You are right he sure is like the old man. He has a right to be, in a six generation he will have Mundo, Jr. 4or5 times.
If there is any hounds that have more of Mundo and Table Rock Flying Hawk I sure would like to know about it.
The pups I've got on the (birth notice tread) will show Gold Creek Mundo 6or7 times in a 6 gen. ped. That is about as much as you will see now.
I had some dogs a few years back that was closer, but Mundo, Jr. has been gone 23 years.
When I make the cross of my Commanche Mundo on my Cherry Creek Banjo Rick females that will Double the Mundo and T.R. Flying Hawk. If he makes the kind of hound in the woods it lookes like he is going to I can hardly wait.

Mundo breeding

What Mundo hound did your dog come from.
From my Mundo, Jr. dog the 3rd gen. from Jr. is about as cloos as you can get, he has been dead since "86".
I sure would like to haveone closer if it was the right kind of hound.
Is your dog still alive, if not how old would he be.
I would like to have a dog that went back to Gr. Ch. Nat. Gr. Ch. Karshners Treeing Tess or Gr. Ch. Harmons Trumpet to cross back in where I'm at with restoring the bloodline.
I had a guy ask me the other day why I was spending so much time and moneyon this breeding.
ANSWER:
I believe there is still some hunters that are more interested in an honest COONDOG than they are a title.
I realize this is not the only bloodline that produced coondogs but the "Table Rock Fling Hawk" -- "Gold creek Mundo" bloodline suitted me and lots of other hunters and I think its worth what myself and some others are doing to make this work.
IF YOU OR ANYONE HAS HELPFUL INFO WE WOULD BE GRATEFUL!!!

Heavy Bred Flying Hawk Cross

Junior,
Glad to hear the great news about your girl.

What about this litter. I would think it might work in your breeding program if you could find anything that goes back to it.

Don,

That cross of Mundo,Jr. and Iowa Jodi would really be a great help to my breeding program if I could find one up close that was a coondog.
Jodi was a litter mate to White River Ricks sire (Dunar's Moon).
I sure would appreciate it if someone has this cross up close let me know.
