Last year finally retired my old JC Higgins .22, action wasnt the greatest, but was an accurate gun.

Currently carry a 10/22. 2X10 rd mags with CCI Stingers. Why Stingers? Lots of yotes here!

Ruger Mark II on my hip.

Can only use rimfire in Nebraska for night hunting.

Really dont know why I carry the pistol, rarely use it. Guess im watching out for the boogey-man.

I used a little single six 22 pistel for years and years. Now my eyes aren't as good and hands aren't as steady so I use a little lever action 22.

Right now I'm using a Marlin, but if Santa is real, I'll be using a Thompson Center HOT SHOT right after Christmas, LOL!!.

This is one of the best designed, (Small, easy to load, some of the best safety features against an accidental discharge) that I have seen.

I encourage all coonhunters to check this thing out. Oh an by the way Thompson Center makes a 4X scope specifically for this rifle.

I use a stainless Ruger 10/22 with a small red dot scope that has no magnification. Works great. I have shot alot of eyes out with it over the 10+ years I've been using it.
