Glad you are ok. Even though you just had test done, we shot up some prayers for you anyway. I guess a few extra won't hurt.

I got ahold of Mike Hayworth and met him Tue. evening with Nikki so he could take her to Robbie. I was going to come by for a visit but found out you stayed in the hospital another night.

I haven't hunted the last two nights, been working on trucks. We have 4 trucks setting in the driveway and I can only keep 1 running at a time.
When the rain lets up I'm going to get the pups back out. We are going to start hunting Robin ( Turk X Lou) a little. She is all fired up on a caged coon so its time to let her try it in the woods. So far she will open on about anything that leaves a track so I'm going to hunt her with Froggie so I'll know what she is doing. Froggie is as straight as they come and she will not mess with anything but a coon.
The coon seem to moving good right now, Sunday evening I saw a coon down in the creek at 7:00 in the evening so I turned loose at 8:00 and treed one by 8:30 and it was just getting dark.

Got home safely late yesterday, had a great time! Seen several old friends and made many new ones. I am sorry that I did not have any pups at the hunt for sale, it seems that the demand is greater than the supply. I did have a litter born Sat out of NT CH Brandy and John II that should be ready to go in about 8 wks.

Ruby won her cast on Friday, there were only 24 casts of NT CH and 5 places given, I believe 875 won 5th place Nt Ch and I was on down the line with 312.5. Had a great time both nights and hunted with some good dogs and outstanding handlers.

Congrats to Jon Wolz with his win in open reg (4th I think) with CH PR Coontree Katie, She is out of Ruby and sired by GR NT Mad-Dog Joker.

Paul hunted with Ron Taylor on friday night, Ron was hunting a 10 month Son male. They had a good time and treed a few coon, Don Sandberg won their cast.

Congrats to Phil Vogel on the good showing of the Jetta offspring at the Nationals, I don't know how they placed but I heard that they won their casts.

Congrats also go out to Mike Hayworth and Josh Riley on their placing of Mikes Hound ( I don't know his name)...........Tim

Tim, Robin wants at anything that will move. Timmy is taking her to a friends house to run loose for a little while. He has two black and tan pups that he wants to get going and told Timmy to bring Robin over and let her run with them. I'm thinking that it will only take a couple of weeks and she will do it on her own.
This weather sucks, it's so stinkin wet I can't get near a creek or even attempt to walk these worked fields. The rain is supposed to back off and this weekend the wind is going to be really high so things should start drying up. We've had 7 1/4 inches of rain in the last week and the ground was allready soaked.

We had a great time at Bluetick days. I should have taken and hunted Tonto but you know I lived and learned as usual. Sorry we didn't get to spend more time together but you and Paul were in such demand. I think you could have spent a week visiting and still not covered everyone. LOL I was proud to discover that Tonto has mad dog in his forth generation. Thank you and Hutch for the generosity. We are really excited about the future. Expect big updates on our three young Turk dogs soon. They have done great so far.
