Dogs-Check,Leashes-check, Garmin-check,cool weather wear-check, truck full of fuel? Best be lookin into that!

Been a while since we took in one of them there competition hunts but we are headin to one this afternoon. Three deep in the hunt I think?

Was a very welcome suprise visit ! When I seen the "Bumble Bee" & heard it roundin the corner I knew it looked familiar! One of these days we're gona make'r down to Keiler to give all that a try.

The house stuff is coming along slowly,glad you liked it. Just wait till I get the "Cave" done & find a pool table to stick down there. Gona have a house warming party maybe in December sometime? Bad time of the year with bow season & coon season comin in next weekend. I always figured October & November are for huntin.

We'll get some partyin in afterwards & just maybe we'll be box free by then?

A mess of the weekend was devoted to building our new whelping box by our son's. Complete with the window,2x4 studded & insulated walls, partial hinged roof & very heavy.

Got it moved inside & entry created & all connected around 5:00. At 9:00 "Kandi" was havin pup's in it a couple days early!

Talk about timing huh? She had two females then a third pup that I don't know what it was.

Left her be for a while & anxious to see what we end up with?

Best I can tell there are ten puppies with one being stilborn. The remaining 9 are big fat healthy lil Rascals.

Not handled them yet but did see some tan pumpkin seeds & some without. Healthy is most important rite now.

The new whelping condo is workin out perfect to our standards.

my pup lily has hit the groove caught one on the ground and has treed two while the other dogs where tracking
she did leave one but we got her back out there and odds are she wont do it again


as long as she dont come in to heat this is going to be a fun season

May be a male left after the family & freinds get what they want but can't say for sure at this time cuz I'm not sure on the sex count yet?

We have 6 plump lil females & 2 just as plump males !

There is an all blue male that stands outa the whole litter to me. Reminds me of pickin up another pup like it years ago. Already built like a truck,has that perfect blaze & fixin'ta be one of them 'bout black models.

I have inventoried the color & sex a dozen times but can't seem to remember once I get on this thing. Guess I need'ta get me a pocket protector & note pad. Pretty frequently persistent issue.

Dang that bothers me to no end !! I put things away so good I ain't found most of the recent stuff like key's etc. yet...LOL!!

A tape measure went MIA 6 weeks ago I still ain't found.....

Oh I'm sure I will sooner but more like later find missing stuff? I havn't moved 200 yards in any direction so I got that goin for me!

LOL... REALLY have to laugh here... TT knows Bob and me pretty darned well... he KNOWS I have some memory issues from my bump on the noggin... ESP the short term memory. Bob and I have a "great" method to remember stuff. We tell each other "We're putting this RIGHT here so we'll recall cause it's important!".... THen BOTH of us forget! We are HOPELESS! and Very VERY lost!lol....
