We are going hunting tonight with Paul Vaughn and Robbie Brooks. It has been so much fun talking about this year and just talking dogs. The food is great. We get spoiled being treated like kings when we all come up here. This is so much fun. Hope to see everyone the next couple of days.

Roy, You pup certainly is little Toby. They sound just alike. You are going to like him.

As of right now Tim is going to send Zip to our place in Alabama to offer for stud. I will share more later. Zip is 10 years old. Anyone interested in breeding a female to him let me know. Thanks.

We had an exciting hunt last night. Check out the bunkhouse thread. I am as excited about the future as ever. There are some really nice young hounds in the bloodline that are from several different females.

There is a chance that after this weekend we may breed Toby to Sally when we get home. I was not going to breed her now but after allot of input we are considering it. It is also a possibility we could breed her to Zip. We have some things to think about. Dana and I will discuss it on the trip home and decide what or if we do anything. We want to do what is best for our team.

What a great weekend. The casts we were involved in treed allot of coon (21 trees with coon in three nights). That was great for the hounds and fun for us.

I have not bred her yet. We are still thinking about it.

It will take a few days to recover from all the hunting and travel. We are so glad we went. I was really impressed with several dogs. We saw quite a bit of nice dog work from several bloodlines.

That male dog I hunted with that Gerald was hunting is nice. He has a good course bawl mouth on track and good locate and is nice looking to boot.
Enjoyed every bite of the fellowship at the bunkhouse.

I bred Nitech Ch Mad Dog Psyco Talk to em Toby and Nitech Ch Mad Dog Two Gun Sally today. Time will tell if it took. I bred her late. It was a tough decision to breed her now or next cycle. This cross will put Quad Grand Sid, Quad Grand Remmy, Grnitech John II, and Grnitech Kitt as the four grandparents. All those hounds are special. Thanks to all those who suggested we make this cross.

I like the cross. They both are coon dogs and young enough to still show the world what they got.

Of course I'm partial to Toby aftr hunting with him several times. He reminds me a whole lot of Smoke. Toby has a big drive to get treed and does'nt have to have a track to do it. When he does run track it is full bore run hard with his head up. Plus he has a big boomin voice that tells the whole world here it is.

Sally is the same type plus she has quite a reseme of her own.

Every thing about this cross stacks up to be COON DOG.

Might have to get on the list for a female.
