Haha, I've been keeping a low profile! Not much in the way of news here lately just working long hours and hunting late nights. It finally cooled down so we will be hitting it hard this week. The coons just haven't been moving much before 1-2AM. They have been getting out in the early morning when its the coolest. As a result, we have only hit a handful of good tracks lately. Most tracks that we have hit resemble a february moonlit night track. It's hard on the hounds when it's 75-80* at night and 90% humidity. I sure am looking forward to the fall!!

We have quite a few $KC hunts this week that we'll be getting around to. The corn is in so the action should be heating up!

Congratulations to you and the Money man! If I had to venture a guess, I'd say this time next month he'll be a done deal!

I still haven't decided what to do with this pup. She shows just enough promise to stick with it. How is Grayson's dog doing?

Well On my way to VA this morning, Adam came down last nite for a hunt, it suxed LOL, I'm not sure but think we treed a peacock, now iv treed a lot of things but Never a peacock! they took a good track out, loaded up good on the wood then just hit an miss, ended up behind a petting zoo farm an there sit a peacock or something that looked like a Dxxx Peacock LOL..

It was the worlds last dodo bird, too bad we knocked it out. I like mine gamey. I had a good hunt though, saw 6 coons and the road runner, I ain't complaining.

Tim, you know us coon hunters are not wrapped to tight so the best thing to do is admit it and keep on trucking. I have had nights like you had last night and said to myself if I can get to the truck, I am never going hunting again and by dark the next night, I couldn't wait to load the dogs.
