Tim, Left a coon loose for Macy she treed it real easy. I think I'll let her get about a month older then start hunting her. She going to be one of those double chop tree dogs if you know what I'm saying. It's pretty neat.

Had a good turn out for the all blue RQE last night, 66 dogs I believe. Our cast didn't do any good, blank,coon,woven wire fence and we finished with a 'possum'. Great guys to hunt with and had a good time. I don't know who did what in the hunt, I turned in early................Tim

A lot of John II's pups are treeing with a double and triple chop, several are sit down tree dogs and others are belly rubbing slobber mouthed tree dogs. All in all I have been getting a lot of great reports on his pups all around the country.........Tim

Johnny Yoder just stopped by the cabin for breakfast, he told me that he placed 3rd with his Kit female last night at the RQE. Not to bad, 2 firsts and a 2nd in the open hunts ia the last few wks and now a NT CH win in his first attempt. I would say kit should be a GR NT by this fall................Tim

Entered Zeke in his first bench show tonight (Chatfield, MN) ... 6 months and 3 days old ... He scored 25 points ... won the puppy class, and best of breed. Came close to winning show ... A nice English Redtick took that title .... but the judge was eyeballing Zeke and the Redtick back and forth ... the judge liked the broader chest on the Redtick .... once Zeke matures a little more I think he should score pretty good ....... Now the rest of the story ... lol ... he was the only "puppy" and the only "bluetick" at the show ... lol ... I think all the blueticks are in Eldon! ..... at any rate, I am still pleased ... especially since the judge told me he really liked Zekes looks, and said he should do well on the bench once he matures a little more ... its a start! .... Steve

Had a great hunt each night, the guides and judges knew what they were doing, we were put in coon and had no questions. Ty did a good job handling his little female, she sure is a nice tree dog. My back up handler sure thought TY did a great job also. Looking forward to hunting with you guys soon.......Tim

My GR CH PR Cannon Valley Mad-Dog Lady (Has UKC !st) started to come in this week, I plan on breeding her to John II. There will be a lot of outstanding tree dogs behind these pups, Lady should be finished to NT CH before the pups are born. Lady is a little dog with a big bawl on track and a loud chop on tree, nice female that has not run any junk and likes to get treed. She made CH with 3 best of Shows and GR CH with 5 straight CH wins and I live in Walker country........looks and ability won't hurt these pups..........Tim

Thanks a lot for posting that ped for me. I like the way you took Charge It's ped on back another 3 gen. 6 gen with a lot of Mad Dog blood, I look at that and it just doesn't seem that long ago that I was turning loose Smokie II and Power, they could go back another 2 and 3 gen. We may have to do the same thing on Bobbie some time, thanks again.........Tim
