Do these smoke pups come with a set of brakes?

I thought I was going for a short hunt last night and took SWAG by himself.

My 11 month old 2011 model got in there last night at 0.97 miles according to the Garmin.

I'm going to have to get me another pair of boots.

Man he is going to make a nice one!

Ronnie, That sounds great & The video ya sent sure sounds like he got a set of lungs !! Guys keep the reports coming, Most pups are young outa Smoke n they are showing some real natural abilities !! Not all make it but % on those that are sure is promising

WE had a good hunt last night despite the wind. On the first drop he went right at 950 yards up the mountain with my old dog and treed in a den. On the second drop we turned him loose by himself. He struck off of my feeder and treed in a cedar tree by himself. 3rd drop he found a grinner and treed it and then on the last drop he struck and treed this coon and held a little pressure while clyde worked a separate track. Not too shabby for a pup.

I am not sure about smoke or candy but he throws to big bawls when he locates and turns over into a chop. He has a HUGE mouth! I have a good video from the second drop to share but I have to edit it first.

I couldn't find a good tree to tie him too (they were all too big) so you can tell he wasn't too pleased about it. Most of the time he's on the wood but you get the idea. He was 100% solo on this drop. He's getting there.

Tuesday night Swag (left) treed a coon by himself and did a very nice job with it. Last night we managed to tree a double with Swag and Clyde. They have been showing me lots of coons over the last few weeks after they got a little fur in their mouth.
