It's been a long week at work for me. We are putting in a new main tranformer and working long hours. Needless to say I haven't been to the woods, hope to change that tonight. Taking the boys out again by themselves. We have a caged coon to turn loose first for them and taske them to the big timber. Sylvester called and I may try to get him to go along.

Thats great! She is a nice little female, when she was at my house last year I almost talked Sherrie into buying some of those high dollar chickens you got if you would throw her in on the deal.
Whent hunting last night with a buddie and his 8 month old walker male. We turned loose a coon that the pups couldn't smell , but they did hit a track down on the main creek and ended in a den. Lincoln got in 980 yards by the garmin before he opened. Shane was impressed that a blue dog would get in and run a track like he did. Sylvester couldn't go this time but said he would next.

We just got home from the BBCHA hunt in NW MO. It was another good hunt.GR CH NT CH PR Mad-Dog Hey Jude won NT CH, Queen of Hunt and Overall High Scoring dog of hunt. A special thank you to Tony Simmons for handling Jude in this event( he did a great job) and congrats to Damon Farrell (Judes owner)


Congrats also go out to Jay Johnson for winning King of Hunt
with GR CH PR Johnson's Blue Cactus II, he is a real nice hound.

Thanks to the Marysville Coon Club for the way they put on this hunt, we had a great time.......Tim.......pictures to come later...

Caught another coon to turn loose for Robin. The last one was a short track to the tree and she did real good treeing on it. this one I will let loose and then go back to get Robin and let her track it. I'll try and get some pics and post them this weekend. Man I really want to go to Eldon and hunt Lincoln but we are still in outage and on 10 hour shifts 7 days a week. Good luck this weekend.
