Robert and Frank left at 5 am to head this way. They should be here about 9 PM or so. If not too tired I will take them for a hunt with Sounder. I'm going to really miss this dog. I have to get the Breathless Blues spread out so it can take hold in other areas. I wish them the best with him and I sure hope he gets a chance to breed more females. Once the fat is off this hound they will see they have a real good one to play with for many years.

Sounder is on his way to his new home. He will be well taken care of and hopefully put in some hunts once he gets the fat ran off of him.
I will let Robert Randolph and is son take over Sounders promotion. Sounder will be with Frank Barber for a while in Powahattan Va

Frank Barber just text me and said Sounder put up three coons last night. I can't wait to hear the hunt.

Sounder has only known me. I raise him here. He became my favorite a long time ago. I kept my word to you on getting you a great dog so you can hunt again. He will do everything I have told you nothing different.
Straight coondog from tailgate to tree. Hunt him any and as many nights and you will see a consistent coon treeing hound. Old track, layups running coon. Not a mean hair on the dog anywhere. He just wants someone to take him hunting. I miss the ole hound but I have so much going on with these young ones and trying to get everything in the woods. No Magic has to sit and wait on a turn to go. How many have Grand Nites that have to sit and wait a turn to go hunting. I'm in Via. For the week of Thanks Giving. Frank and I hunted last night. I was more rusty then the dogs slipping and dipping threw the woods. First drop sounder and penny short track pulled up treed. Lots of leaves and I broke my tree light, so we gave it too them. I'm 100% satisfied with sounder he is a plus too are kennel. Buddy Mac is coming in from Fla. So Friday and Saturday we will put it on him. Once again thanks.
