That's great u have the weather to get your dogs out. We haven't been hunting for weeks.

WB, I'm starting to think u carry NO TRESPASSING signs with u to put on trees for Kodak moments.

Chuck pulled traps today. He found the one he thought he lost. It rained all day yesterday and most tbe snow melted. He said bait holes were full of water and the ground was too muddy to set any.

Rob, u sound like my dad. My brother was in the Army for 24 yrs. Most of the time he was stationed in Germany and Italy. Every time mom went over to visit him, dad bought a new gun. He hid them in the upstairs of an outbuilding so she didn't find them. When he got dementia, he sold all of them to a neighbor for $10,000. My brother was furious and wanted mom to talk to a lawyer to try to get them back, but she wouldn't.
Except for wanting something for coyote, Chuck seems satisfied with the guns we have. We have our 6mm's. He has a couple shotguns, 22's and a 30.06. Yrs ago, he cried around for a yr wanting an Ithaca Mag 10 for fox and turkeys. I bought him one for an anniversary present so I think he's done buying shotguns. PA game commission is suppose to pass a law that we can hunt with semi automatics...he's against that so doubt he'll use that for an excuse to buy anything new.

Sorry your trapping is over. I still can hunt resident geese and will for a little bit. I have one semi auto for hunting waterfowl with. But I do have a lot of shotguns.

I like the pics of dogs with no tresspassing signs. Hope the shoot out went well. But who ever was in the shoot out must have been bad shot or they were just shooting. Had an old guy in our club get arrested once for shooting at trespassers. The judge asked him why he shot at the trespassers, he said I did not shoot at them and that if I would have shot at them I would have hit them. LOL. That was a true story. But no I here more and more stories of land owners going after trespassers with guns. Heck up here a lot of guys have been fined for trespassing due to those game cams snapping pics of someone. property owners put them on facebook.

Rob, we probably got 3-4". Chuck's brother just drove home from TX and said south of here got more snow. Which is fine with me.

We hunt one place we have permission that is surrounded by posted property. The dogs got on it once this yr. We know the guy that owns it and are pretty sure we can out run him. Probably should ask if we can hunt on his, but if he says "no" it would be hard to hunt there and its a really nice place. HUGE cornfields and easy walking! Just where an old woman likes to hunt.

Corky, we were at the casino today. We were going to take our moms, but his couldn't go because she got gout. Came home with over $100 of their $. Talked Chuck into playing a machine beside me. I told him every time I played one of the machines that the one beside it hits. He hit once for $96.

Rob, I think we'll just play a WB😉 Hayseed started a thread. She's busy with her new job, doctoring Gracie because she got hit by a car and she's been looking for Lucy for awhile, Lucy was with Gracie when she got hit and ran away.
I see some posts on FB from ApBlu. Saw he posted a picture of Catfish, but can't remember why....might of won a cast. He, also, posted about trying to find sponsors for a youth hunt.

I just got my Gurneys catalog. I don't remember ordering anything them for yrs and that was for sweet potatos. Maybe if we put in a garden, I'll get some this yr.

WB, I told Rob that Ruby turned into a Bond dawg last night. Went around the posted signs right to the porch! Dandy was on the swing when we got there. It was swinging side to side ...almost into a big window. Got him took a picture of the new BOND GIRL and got out of there! Hope the batteries on his trail camera were dead. We let them loose again toward the middle of the field and they treed again. That one we saw and have permission to hunt there.

Rob, I messaged AppBlue and told him to ck in. Haven't seen Dan on much either.

My casino buddy, Barbie, is in the hospital with flu and bronchitis. She was suppose to go with us yesterday, but was too sick....ended up in the ER early this AM.

Grace is doing great she can go up & down the stairs, she can even jump on the bed. She's very lucky.
