Tim,

Moon is a good looking female man. She is a real looker, you ought to think about putting her in a show or two if you have the chance to work on stacking her up some.

She looks good in the timber too, when I get back to the house we should meet up and hunt again some time.

Jack had a decent showing at the Classic. With that hunt, I'm starting my run towards Grand Nite, I'll be back on the road after a hunting with some buddies this weekend.

Best of luck for the rest of kill season and keep those Redbones in the timber.

Jabber is a good looking thing! He's really come into his own since I last set eyes on him. Uncle Dave is doing a dang fine job with Jabber, and ought to be proud. We'll see you guys this weekend!

I had an absolutely phenomenal time down in Winona. I could not have asked for a better event than what I attended.

The fellowship was out of this world (as always) and we had some darn good hunting on top of it.

Each of the Jabo pups down there (Jack, Jenny, Jabber, Rusty, Jo-Ann) showed their cast a coon on their own. That was about the best you could ask for from a line of dogs. Four different litters were represented in those five dogs.

Jack did a good job, he got treed with the meat and showed us a good time. He worked in dry land, rolling hills, swamp, and pine thickets and did a good job in all of them.

I have to say thanks to Chris for taking us hunting when others were ready to go to the house, I know it was late and I know some of the terrain was rough....but you showed us good hunting and good coons every time. I truly appreciate that.

And as always I have to say thanks to Larry Stringer and Jon Christmas. Those two kept me on track and kept me on my toes for the hunt. Jon also kept me on my toes and served as my co-pilot for the drive there and back....not an easy task.

I also want to say a special thanks to my wife, Amanda, for coming down and putting up with all of us coon hunters. The kids had a great time and I hope that you did too. I love you and pray we have many more years of going down there together as a family.

LOL. Not quite. The weather had me locked down at the house, the ice was just too dangerous to go up and down those hollers and hills like that.

Down in Mississippi it was FAR better that back here at home.
