is Fiddle II out of Doc x Fiddle? If so, is Bembe out of that the same cross that 2010 National Redbone days winner Miss Piggy is out of? I think I read somewhere that Fiddle II and Sawblade Renard were full sisters and Sawblade Renard x Montana Red Mountain Ranger is the cross Ky Moonlight Woody is from......looks like Sawblade Fiddle was an influential female in all of these dogs.

Maybe the Brewins should think about breeding Miss Piggy to Rocky the next time? That would create a an opportunity for a lot of linebred crosses. You could have BTK X Piggy pups bred to Rocky X Bembe pups and vice versa. I have not hunted with Bembe but I have Piggy and she is a nice dog. I just love that now we have so many supercrosses, that some are wanting to create categories within the supercross category...super supercrosses. We seem to be going in the right direction anyway.

I just finished a new heated floor whelping box and got Piggy moved into it last night. She is pretty big and due on Valentine's day. We are hoping she makes a lot of bacon

You make it sound so easy. Are you and Darrin going to be guiding Fri night? I can't believe that you are not hunting Jessie.

Jesse is due in two weeks and I am guiding and handling Kims Punk Dog

As for easy two pairs of boots good light, and desire to keep a young dog in the woods goes a long way to realizing the finished product as well as help from good buddies.

Decided to breed Jesse and not pass up heat cycle since I lost Faith and didn't get her bred.

These dogs are just 2 years old now and there are 3 Nt.Ch.s so far. One of the best in the litter died from an unfortunate accident in his first night hunt. His name was Jet Son and he was for real.

Listen to this dog hit the tree!

Our Pistol female finished to Nt.Ch. with 3 first place wins. Danny Biggert has a littermate named Tripp that is the hardest tree dog I've ever heard at 150-160 bpm. She's going to be a big time winner next year. Two males in this litter sold for $7k, and $10k each at 2 years of age. One named Hunter is qualified for the UKC World Hunt this year.

I'd say they are deserving of being on the SuperCross Radar!

Well, since some are asking if the Redbone Breed is changing, do we have more super crosses now than we had 2 years ago?

I think these meet all your criteria as super crosses Richard 3 or more titled with one winning a major ukc event I can think of several with similar breeding that just miss your criteria but time will tell

As Kelly said there is a pattern
Look at the outlaw Bj x moonlight woody cross study the ped

Been a lot added since this was first posted.... Think about the Jet x Breanna Cross...
Anyone else have any updates on some emerging super crosses?

What has happened to the dogs out of the Jet X Bree cross? I know that Tripp won overall at NRD's last year but what happened to the rest of them?

Trip is a Grand Nite,
Hobo Herb, Pistol and Easy Peazy are Nt.Ch. and have wins towards Grand and Hunter is at Mike Englehoff's and just needs 5 points to be Nt.Ch.
I think those are the only ones still alive from that cross.

Danno x bj ! That may not be a super cross. It's winner x winner/producer.

It's looking good for that cross from the reports I have gotten on 4 of the 5 who lived from that litter. I don't think they are a year old yet so the real proof will come over the next year. Good luck to those who have them!

Hobo Herb

Hobo Herb is a strong tree dog like Trip he hits around 130 barks a minute. NITECH Hobo Herb is from Grnitech Jet x Grnitech Ky Moonlight Breanna!!! I hope to finish Hobo Herb to Grnitech this summer.

Herb is on his way...im sure you will finish him to grand nite soon Bernie....just chip away one hunt at a time.
Hobo Herb should be quite a reproducer as well. He is from one of the best crosses in the Redbone Breed over the past decade. Out of 6 that lived, 5 are Nite Champions or Grand Nite Champions. His father is a proven reproducer of winners topping the performance points sire list several times over the past couple years. His mother Breanna is also a proven reproducer who continues to see her offspring title out. At this time she has 11 Nite and Grand Nite Champions showing and 3 of the Nt.Ch.s have 3 or more wins towards Grand Nite and two untitled pups just need a win to make nite champion.
And her titled pups come from all 5 of her crosses.
That's rare!
It really is rare to see Redbones reproduce with that kind of dominance. Hobo Herb carries the DNA, genes and competition traits of both parents and there is no reason he should not be able to reproduce those important competition traits with a high degree of dominance.
His whole litter made coon dogs and big winners and most of his half brothers and sisters have as well.
I hope that people in this breed can see the potential that I see in Herb not only as a winner...but as a reproducer of winners!
