if you see a lot of my post was deleted on this thread i did that for a reson, i spent most of the morning talking with UKC

sence the new garmin thing if you can pick the dogs up by use of a tracking system or GPS you do not have to go back to the last place you heard the dogs, you can start the 8 and start to them, but if you can not pick them up it is commen courtesy to go back to the last place you heard them and start the 8 as it has always been done.
