Received mine today installed them on my dc40.I like the way they are made very flexible and durable.Great people to deal with fast shipping even during Christmas time I will get to them try out Thursday.Thanks Chris &Merry Christmas I will give report in a day or two.

I tried to do business with them as well ordered some collars and a antenna called was told was shipped didnt show up called and pm'd again was told by at least 2 different people it was shipped but everytime had to give my info again called again was told it was boxed up ready to go but they had to ask me again what color collars i wanted so no way order was ready to go out asked to be refunded ended up costing me money to be refunded thru paypal and didnt get anything from them.

I understand people are human and yall did apologize but as far as my order being shipped at the same time as another order that didn't happen it was still on the shelf to be sent out almost a week later that info came from who ever was at your store. But they still had to ask what I exactly ordered that's all I have to say you have my info if you want to fix that
