to me a true Naitve American is one that knows his or her ancestry the launage and traditions of there tribe what there dances mean and what the songs are not a card that says you are native american we have thousands of those here in Oklahoma. I can personnel trace my family tree all the way back to when i my tribe left New York and the went to the Ohio River Valley area and then here to Northeast Oklahoma. I think that it is cool that people want to find out but go the step further and learn some of the traditions and customs of your tribe and not just to do it get the benefits of being a Native American. I am sorry if this piss some of you off but this is how i feel
