one here

I don't do the nite hunts but hunt in these hills and hollows a plenty ! River bottoms, cane breaks ! This young hound does not need to follow a cast of dogs to go hunting ! he has been hunting on his own since 13 months old and goes in deep and I have to say( 200 to 500 yards that is a short distance ) wont get you a coon treed here ! I have had this young dog to tree in close as 500 yards here but its rare ! At this time the cornfield coon will be a shorter distance for him ! He opens on the ground just right without wasting a lot of breath barking on track , come treed with one long bawl and starts with another and he then lays the chop mouth tree barks out ! Could he win in the hunts ? my guess without a doubt ! He has been hunted with some nice grand nite walker hounds and laid the look bad on them !
