I don't know that they 'mooched' off the taxpayers, but lets just say they did. So what are saying? That the governments plan to help those who are down, the plan that helps them go on to be productive citizens, become Presidents and First Ladies ACTUALLY works??? Just think of what some other 'moocher' could have went on to do great things if you hadn't been so hell bent on holding them back.
