They are a player in the keystone pipeline and own major interest in the canadian oil sands the keystone is being built for. It will be flowing and refined here and will then be shipped to China and gas will actually cost more here as a result.

That is whats being done now other than China owning it. China is whats buying up most of the oil leases around here and up north too. That is why I am not for the pipe line being ran from Oklahoma to the Texas cost.
We need to build a refinery up in the Dakotas some were and tell the tree huggers were to go. Then pass laws dealing with exporting oil or gas. The oil companies are selling us out.
They take our good oil over there,bring there heavy(expensive to refine) oil over here and charge us for the costly refineing of it.
