Wow, this story keeps on changing. Now given these new set events, I am back to scratching dog #3 for, lets call it.... face barking and causing the fight. Zam defended himself, this is expected when another dog shows aggression.
Boonetreecoon....the night you were talking about when your dog left and the other dogs were at the tree walking around growling.....the one dog on the tree is PERFECTLY TRAINED! He sticks the teeth to all the dogs at his tree and becomes "LIGHT SMART". Meaning he acts like nothing is going on when there are lights coming through the woods.
I can't say this enough Englishbabe....EVERY DOG WILL SNAP under certain circumstances. When my bluetick was 1-1/2 years old, a 5 year old enormous black an tan started to get aggressive with him right in front of me (10 feet in front of me). There was nothing I could do, it happened so quick. My sweet playful young bluetick that is so careful with my kids.......HOLY CRAP, you should have seen him. He pounded the crap out of this dog.
Like I said, every dog has it in them, it does not mean that you dog is "mean" he just isn't at the bottom of the hierarchy.
See my dog left the tree and came back into then they were walking around growling at each other. Your right the dog is perfectly trained. When the lights come in everythings done.
Anybody in this forum that says their dog won't fight is disillusioned!
