Instead of calling them, I got online and sent an email to customer service. It took a day to get a response back. The guy said in the email that "he sent a signal from the satellite to authorize the channels you should be receiving"
Whatever he did, the channel show up now. Looks like I don't have to wait til Sat morning anymore to watch good hunting and fishing shows. This ICTV channel is great.
Here is a copy of the customer service person's email back to me. It may help some of you that aren't getting it.

Thank you for your email. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused. I have sent a signal from the satellite to authorize the channels you should be receiving. If the issue is still not resolved, please follow the steps below and fill in the blanks provided. Returning the information requested will assist us in providing you with an accurate and efficient resolution.
1. Press the Guide button on the remote. Verify that the guide list is on All Chan or All Sub.

2. Look for the lock icon near the guide list.
If the lock appears closed then go to your Locks menu and unlock the receiver.
3. Reset the receiver by holding the power button on the front of the receiver for 10 seconds. The receiver will reset and acquire satellite signal. Once this is complete your channels should return.
