Around here, it is a unspoken rule, don't touch another man's property. The hound was protecting it's home. I can a sure you if you stick a hand into my dog box with out me there you might pull back a nub. Are my hounds agressive no, will they bite maybe so a dog is a dog remember

as for the dog it was protecting its home as for a child climbing on your truck and putting its hand in the box wheres the parents

and for someone coming in your home indiana passed a law where if you feel threatened ANYwhere on your property you can take action leathal if needed

for example two juveniles went to a gentlemans home knocked on the door and put a unloaded shotgun in the mans face he met them with a loaded 44 mag he shot and killed one and blew the other ones knee out he was not charged for anything he did recieve several life threating letters from the juviniles friends and family

Ok, just a simple question. If a kid wonders into ur yard or dog pens and starts beating a dog with a stick and he gets bit and u kill the dog, has the kid still been bit? Theres a difference between dogs that bite in situations like i gave and dogs that kill a child in that same situation. If a dog foolows thru enuf to kill, that dog is unstable to begin with. If it just snaps or bites and stops with that, its a hard lesson learned.
