the guys at my school dip and chew everything....i dont like the smell of skoal that much but cope,any grizzly,red man, and southerns pride i can take.... {tha gurls on tha bus get on tha boys all tha time 4 it and i dont c y, if they spit n a bottle and keep it outa tha gurls that dont like it's mouth then y do they complain.. tha smell aint very stong after u get use to it and if u ride tha bus i do they go through two canish and couple packs of chew daily and theres only like maybe 5 guys at most lol}

chaw way back when. Mammoth and White Mule twist were STRONG and would make your neck arteries ache. Gave it up when I saw guys with chunks cut out of their jaw and tongues. Grandpa used to raise bacca out in Breckinridge Co. KY back in the day. (Anybody out there know where Hites Run is?) Farmed it with two mules and my five uncles up to 1960 or so. Died after a long day of helping a neighbor load burley into his barn on the tobacco sticks. Grandpa was in his early sixties. Between the molasses and bacon grease on his morning biscuits, hard sharecroping work and the twist tobacco he always kept in his overalls he was not healthy. Had a stroke and went on ahead of Grandma by almost 30 years. I only know him by the stories I hear from my mom and her family. Do your future grandkids a favor and live to meet them. Would of liked to known both of my grandpa's but both checked out early. Tobacco is fun for the moment but it will bite you later.

SOUNDS LIKE THERE ARE SOME TOBACCO USERS ON HERE THAT HAVE TO HAVE IT PERFUMED AND SISSY FLAVORED BUT I HAVE NOTICED SOME WISH TO COMMENT SUICIDE WITH THE ORIGINAL FLAVOR LIKE THE KING BEE TWIST............WOW !!!!!!!! Used cope till they outprices it and couldn't never find any fresh . Now I use TIMBER WOLF LONGCUT STRAIGHT . Smoked for 17 yrs , almost spit a lung out one mornin Jan 15 2004 , aint picked one up sence .

my papaw worked in a coalmines all his life, chewed backer while he was working and when he got out of the mines smoked,, he is still alive and healthy as an ox.. and coonhunts every other night if it is not raining or VERY cold.. and still chews to this day.. and i would be willing to bet my farm on it that he can keep up with you on any moutain around here... and he is 64..

i prefer red seal fine cut wintergreen, about half the price of skoal and just as good
