I got a text early this morning that said a Boone X Toadie pup won $175 last night. I also heard that there is a Boone X Gate pup up in Indiana that is doing nicely and is ready to be put in some hunts.

You are correct Richard. My buddy wanted to hunt on Friday night so he took Fancy. It was an hour double header. There was 26 dogs on the first round and she had top score out of seven cast. The split was $94.50. On the second round there was 21 dogs. She had second high score and spilt for $74.50. On the first round she drew out with another redbone and come to find out it was her half sister. It was a Boone and Gate Female!! Congrats Blake Query and Fancy. This was the first time he ever hunted her in a competition hunt.

Fancy got a little more $ last night. If my calculations are correct this makes her a $KC CH

Here is another Boone pup. This is one out the Gate Female.

I think the second round got you $79.50 on Fancy

Haha Tyler and I slept just fine last night. It was a mess with a lot of tree tops. The dogs did a good job getting the coon worked up through it.

So we went 45 minutes from home last night and us Deer Creek boys did well. There were 4 cast of dogs. The 2015 UKC World Champion Dog named pepper was even there and she won her cast.

Congrats to you Tyler on another cast win with Bo. Tyler you on a roll!!

Blake is on a roll with Fancy, she won her cast again. Fancy has won 8 out 11 cast she has entered. Thanks Blake for handling her.

Brusier also won his cast. We all split for 63 dollars. It was sure a fun night.

Richard-

You got any nice prospects hidden in the back yard out of Boone?? I'm still looking for something to get me in "the winners circle" again.

Dave, I always keep a yard full. The only question is, are you ready to start hunting again? I know that the month is only half over but it looks like Fancy is on track to win a Truck ticket this month.

Glad to see you are keeping Bruiser and Fancy in the winner's circle. Thank you for all the time and effort you and your dad have put into Bruiser to make him a fine young hound. Means a lot bud

Pops took Bruiser to another hunt but they got beat. They are still learning but they are turning into quite a team. Jared doesn't tell you about those hunts. Are there only 4 pups out of the Boone X Pebbles litter still alive?

Originally, Pebble had 8 pups out of Boone. She lost two within a few days of being born, and was left with four males and two females.

One of the females and one of the males I have not heard hide nor tail from since they left Jared's house as pups. The only ones I know beyond the shadow of a doubt are alive and well are Tater-Tot, Henny, Bruiser and Bam-Bam

Bruiser- Jared Hutcheson, IN
Tater-Tot - Bill Henry, WI
Bam-Bam - Billy Williams, AR
Henny - Scott Haynes, MI

How many pups were in the Boone x Toadie litter and how are they doing? I know my buddy has one he likes that is Nt.Ch. Just wondered how the rest from that cross are doing. Did they start early? Thanks.

Won the early round in the SS last night. Had some bad luck in the late round. Fancy treed a coon then was off the tree when we got there so took some minus. Then Fancy was in a hole at the end of the hunt with a coon but the judge couldnt hear her. It took me and the guide 2 hrs to get her out. She is taking a break tonight to let the swelling go down and give her a rest. Here is what she looks like this morning.
