Update on Stacy the smaller of the two is the one that broke the second one about to break is much bigger if breaks there is not much hope they operated this morning to try to fix it but it didn't work she is having major brain operation this afternoon noon hope this works she is paralyzed on her left side Thanks again for the prayers

Stacy Brennan got the busted one fixed going to let her rest and build up her strength for 3 or 4 days and than go back and fix the one not busted yet she was moving her left arm a little today

WB, Hoping you'll continue to post good news about Stacy. My friend's sister had an aneurysm burst a few yrs ago. Her prognosis was very bleak, but she is doing well now. Praying Stacy will have a successful surgery and a full recovery.

Wendell, sorry to hear about your friend, I too spend the weekend at Roanoke hospital with my dad, he got sick last week and had to make the trip. got him home last night he's out running around somewhere this morning. 83 and can't keep him still for 5 minutes!!!

I didnt hunt. I was apprenticin for master of hounds. Had 9 in bench 9 in hunt. I think 1 in field trial and 4 in water race.

Stacey is holding own not much changing may wait longer to do the next surgery said maybe a week or two she still is not fully awake but will respond when you speak to her and she seems not to like the tube they run down her she tries to pull it out knowing Stacey and being from W VA I would be willing to bet she lays a tongue lashing on somebody when that thing gets out lol

poor Sam...when r her pups due?

We started out the lane on the Harley going to the casino, but by the time we got to the end of it (seconds later), changed our minds and headed to the tastee freeze, 10 minutes later, we decided to see if my sister and her husband wanted to go. They talked us into going to a biker night thing at a local bar. Didn't know anyone there but two other gals that have 🐎s. Had a nice time and stopped for ice cream on the way home. Came out of the tastee freeze and couldn't help noticing the sky was getting pretty nasty looking the direction we were heading. Made it 2 miles from home when we hit rain, got soaked

WB, both ur posts made me cry So glad they found the red tick, but it looks like it has a tracking collar on it. Have to wonder why the owner couldn't find it. We had a guy tell us that someone took his dog with the tracking collar on it and he went right to the guy's house using the GPS. The guy denied having the dog, but when the hunter showed him the screen and threatened to call the police, the dog thief returned the dog. I thought he said the dog was in the basement. If the GPS could find that dog in a basement, why couldn't it find one in a cave, unless the batteries were dead.

Chuck's working on the hydrant at the barn, its been screwing up the last couple of months. He makes some minor adjustments and it works ok for awhile, but starts leaking again. He decided to go get a new one. Better go help him.

I am alive. All is well but this laptop is not being obedient and I just can't do UKC on the lil phone!
Prayers to ALL in need! Extra for Stacy and her family. App. Blue I am so sorry for the loss of your grandmother....
WB.... still haven't gotten our lil neighborhood bear on our cam. Got a great vulture pic BUT... before I transfered the pix from the SD card to the comp... the laptop ATE it... and spat it out wrecked... Like I said this comp is on it's last leg.....
Weather has been hot, warm cool and dry... we are in a drought. We put water out for the critters. Bob waters garden and the maters are starting and the darned zuccini is out of control....
Mums Bday was nice! Bob is doing well. Kids and grandkid fine. I got real sick for a week or so... one oof the stomach flu bugs.... took alot out of me and I haven't gotten back to my normal Low energy....lol.. and am just downright pooped. I can't seem to sleep yet... will have to eventually crash and burn and then I will be Just Fine!
OK... I give up on trying to keep up with anything on here but this thread... God knows what I will miss but my brain just cant do it.... lol...
I enjoyed all the pix.... other than then nasty trees in your homestead Corky...
