Jason D

Had a good time out there. Got to throw champ into the sea for the first time. He did all right. I think he will swim just fine. Ended up with 375 sat night after I cost him 125, but he blew another 75 so we were all most even.

OFFSPRING

Looks as though ole DUTCH is passing it on!!!
I saw it first hand on FRIDAY at Bluetick days. 13 month old pup 8hrs from home in his first hunt/first cast goes 1.5-2 miles and is sitting under the meat!!!
Champ has it going ON, and I hope that I have everything Finished so that I do not have to compete against him in the future.

**Seman**

We got Dutch drawn by Dean Bitzel at Never Gone in Ind last week. We collected enough seman for 7 females. Dean will do the breeding right there in house or ship it.

Cory,
You should of come up last night coons where pretty thin. Had 8 nights and 9 open had good dog power on all cast and only half came in with plus points. Jason brought a cast to my place and only seen to sitn up and nothing over the dogs, I know two of the three on his cast and both are coondogs. Not sure what the deal was but you could of gave Halverson a run on the night champion cast.

Corey huntin sucked. Blue treed oppsum went in a half mile to do it. So i was pretty peed off to began with. Then he goes in and trees about 5 foot off the tree facing another tree about 10 yds away with his asz to the tree that the another dogs are on. They squalled the coon fell out of the tree he was lookin back at and the one they were on was slick. My night ended in two dumps. then the 3rd dog would not run and tree his own coon he wouldn't even go out so he misused out 3 dog cast.was done early.

Yeah Corey I just need to know what time Sunday evening to be there. I work till close to 5. Then I'll have to go all the way home and back. I don't want to keep the pup all day with me at work. I live 17 miles from work and wrong direction from Pella Probably couldn't be there before 7 or so. To bad it wasn't going to be on a weekend. Oh well things happen.

Duanes pups are getting very big. He's partial to the female so far. Of course they are very young yet.

C, Took my little female that i traded Louden out of last night. She had first strike and was split with a kit 30 yards from a hard treeing redtick. Tried getting some pictures we will see what i got later today. She is going to be the real deal.

Chad

Good deal hopefully she'll keep turn'n it on. I'll take a 10 month old split treed anytime. I had a pretty good one last night too. Treed a den and a coon. Pepper wouldn't swim again.lol Champ swam the creek/river and had the coon on the other side. Only good thing is I didn't get wet this time.lol But I did manage to loose a leash.

Jason
I am camping up there friday and sat night. I was planning on thurs night too but that isn't going to work out. Your more than welcome to stay in the camper. As far as I know it's only me.

The old dog seems pretty nice. Opens about right with a huge sqaull/bawl and never seems to be in the same place twice. Huge locate and treed nice till the old boy got hot then he treed just good enough to get you there. I would have liked to own him in his youth. The guy i got him from says hes killed over 700 coon to him. Seems like alot to me but then again he treed 2 in 15 minutes last night. He's really well bred the english guys should try breeding to him. It does look like i am up in the tree, but let me ask you, Do i look like the tree climbing type?
