Nice looking hound. If he is out of GRNTCH Maple Valley Lady & will be 2 in late May, then he was a littermate to Lady. The real bad part is not getting a chance for her to have had a litter of pups, just to see what she might have produced. Good luck with him. Take care, Ron.

I HAVE BEEN REAL FORTUNATE TO NEVER LOSE ONE ON THE PAVEMENT. HAD MANY CLOSE CALLS. LOSING A NICE YOUNG DOG WAY BEFORE THEIR PRIME CAN CERTAINLY TAKE THE WIND OUT OF YOU. IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU DIDN'T LET IT GET YOU DOWN TO BAD. I TIP MY HAT TO YOU FOR LOOKING FOR THE BETTER FEMALES FOR SPARTAN TO PLUG. YOU GOT SOME NICE CROSSES PLANNED. Took Anne out for 2nd time tonight with Paige & Breaker. She went all the way with them & treed real good- looking up like she knew what she was doing. Next drop, she went over 700 yards but came out to road before Paige got treed. She's a 'get in there & help out' nice female for a 8 month old pup. Really looking forward to kitten coon time with her.

Donny-Loved Lady for a week, but never had time to get real attached to her, so needed to move on. Take care, Ron.

Thanks for the jigs Terry. I haven't been able to get out on the lake , or hunt lately. My Dad had a stroke, and we have all been very busy looking after him. We were going to Texas to fish Amistad lake 2 days after his stroke. I hope we get to make that trip in the future!
