So far they are looking to be some really nice pups. They all seem to have that natural desire and drive that their daddy's got.

Well, Timmy is in Baton Rouge and I guess It is up to me to go to Altoona tonight. It is going to be a warm one, temps up to 90 here today and uper 70's tonight. Guess I will take ole Smoke and see if I can get him qualified.

Hunted

This weekend at Altoona and it was the worst performance I ever seen. None of the dogs on our cast looked good. We ended up with a dead cast.

From here on out till Bluetick days we will be hunting Smoke and Robin as hard as we can.

Doesn't look like I will be able to make the Nationals, the Wife's Grand Father in WV is in real bad health and we may have to go that direction, so we are staying pretty close to home........Tim

We are takeing I 70 almost the whole way. Give me a call and we will work it out. Hope Brian gets off work so you can hunt Barley in the young guns.

Everett, Robie Brooks will be there also, so Mad Dog will be represented from the north, the South and the mid west. Hope we can all make a showing.

Geting ready, hunting as much as we can. Dogs look good one night not so good another. Hope we get all the bad ones out of the way.

Leaveing 4:00 am thurs. hope to be there in time to hunt the Invitational.

Smoke and Robin are looking good right now. We have had some good hunts and both dogs got coon on the brain. Now we just need a lot of prayers and a little luck never hurts.

Timmy droped a piece of metal on his foot and is walking around like me, we will be a matched pair! two cripples going to Nationals!

Hunt

Well neither robin or smoke won their cast last night. But we r gettin rested up from the long day yesterday and keepin r heads up for tonight. Hunted with some nice guys and nice dogs. I dont know how anyone else did. Ill post when I get back to club today.
