These are from last night, the top pic is the first tree the coon went up when the young boy shot he must have just grazed the coon because he hit the ground wide open! A half mile later he went back up after crossing a major highway . The next pic is the second tree the coon went up and the thrid pic need's no explanation.

Tom, I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with Blade he has alot of energy because no matter how hard he hunt's the night before he still manages to help cook breakfast the next morning!

......................2008 Pa Furtaking Season.....................

A pict of furs we have taken this yr the fox & coyote my son got the raccoon were a combo of us all ! Brian did all the fleshing & stretching & I will say he did a great job ! Now Clever , Ivan & TreeBranch are in the picture but there were other dogs along on some of these coon & they were Boone a fine young hound - Wipeout Anny - Magic - Jake - High Gear - Harry Watkins young female named ??? who I am sure has a name now & Ben - Tree Blasting Jessie & Gunner I think I have named them all - Got to see plenty of good dog work this season & some great picts & videos ! It was fun & look forward to next season !

That is one he$$ of a picture you got roverdog!!!

Not much going on its so cold out that its not worth going out and getting hurt. Every thing is ice and snow covered.
its going to remain like this for at least a few days. I am so bored and the game of chess is getting old and I am not in the mood to read a book yet.

Nice job on the fur!!!!!!!

Long weekend----got in Thur-----got beat Fri.---looked reallt good just got beat-------Sat had 300+early---looked like he should hunted it off came out on the bottom end------No guts no glory----had a great time!!!!!!
Rabbits ran real good yesterday got home in time to watch the STEELERS roll on.
Rock enjoyed our talk-----hope you don't overwork yourself this week in those severe conditions up there.If you do leave your wallet in the truck so that moldy money don't freeze up and you can't get it out to spend!!!!!!!!

Tom were just plugging along with one of the old DRUMS!!!!!!

mudman did you not see the pic we would lov to come down but would hate to take all your coon. lol I am up for it and am sure I can get a couple buddies to come down for a week end. Any motels around that way? Give us a call some time.

Tom and Rich that is unreal. You guys should all quit coonhunting and start righting books on how to coon hunt. I do not need one but a member of the dream team would read it. Maybe mention in there that to get that many they need a black and WHITE dog. One them there big beagles.lol

Tues 1 den and the rest was a DISGRACE!!!!!!!!

Wed---44 degrees in three and half hurs the temp fell to 18 BRUTAL winds!!!!!!!1 double-----1 single!!!!!

Man is it cold out!! Took garbage out thought my fingers was going to fall off before I could get inside. Not much going on, Have a few meeting to go to this weekend one at Tioga pa. other in Pine City N.Y. We are having some ukc hunts around our area this year and some pkc hunts as well. So those of you that need their dogs hunted and would like them in a few hunts Tioga River Kennel can do that for you. Pm roverdog or myself to set it up. This is something for you to think about for spring.
