Boone is going to be a reproducer just like all the dogs in his pedigree. He is bred to be a coondog and bred to reproduce. He's proven he is a coondog and now is starting to prove he can produce. Get those good females to him this winter.

Congrats on Boone's first nite champ. There will be plenty more coming.

Well Boone has another titled dog. Fancy made Night Champion tonight, this also makes her a dual champion as well. She finished in style having 5 first trees, 4 of those alone. She ended up with 925+ and 0-. There were 10 registered dogs in the hunt and I drew the four dog cast, so we should pick up a good amount of money in performance points.
Fancys win list:
3rd place win-Greencastle, IN RQE- placed 4th overall. Over 60 entry's.
2nd place at Casey Ill-12 entry's.
1st place finish Rockville IN-10 entry's.

Congratulations!

Great to see this. Very much enjoyed my hunt with Fancy in September. She is a nice little number for sure.

Great job with all these young dogs.

Hmmm let's see, his sire is a Top Reproducer, his mother is a reproducer, all eight of his grandparents are Top Reproducers. Is that what you mean? You can't hardly go wrong with Boone. It is a good thing that he is one of those no-brainers because I don't have much of one left.

Fancy won another $72 last night. She won by split treeing with a coon while the other 3 dogs were slick. That makes her eligible to hunt in the S/S next spring and should bump her back up to the top of the $KC Breed Standings. If you want pups that are winners, Boone will do his part.

Last I knew there was a Boone X Pebble pup running around in KY somewhere... but I wouldn't have any idea of who owns it now. That was one of the male pups that I lost track of.

Jared said that Bruiser has rejuvenatd Pop's. He is out hunting Bruiser all by themselves now and treeing coons. But he had to call Jared to bring him a rifle. It seems that he forgot that part. Pop's only had to use his inhaler to get up one big hill. Between his Bionic knees and Bruiser, Pop's is a new man now. They will be a force to be reckoned with this Spring/Summer in the Senior casts.

That's the best kind of rejuvenation I've ever heard of, a "Redbone Rejuvenation"... got a nice ring to it

Oh my goodness, y'all seniors won't have to worry about Pop and Bruiser this Summer. Pops has Bruiser doing so good that his son, Jared took him back over. Poor Pop has been left standing out in the yard wondering where "his" dog went.

I don't know about dad handling him , Brusier can sure be a handful at times. Brusier is coming along very well. He is really starting to get me excited. He is 14 months old and treeing coons by himself just about every time we take him. These are not your easy patch wood coons either. He is learning how to track very well. Saturday night he struck about 400 from me and the other dogs I was with, then cold tracked for about another 450 and had a coon laid up in the first fork. Its amazing the drive he has and natural independence he is developing as he gets older.
Last night Dad and I cut Brusier loose one direction and Fancy and Daniel loose another direction. Bruiser worked thru a river bottom thicket and treed, and then Fancy and Daniel treed about 400 from us on top of a big bluff. They ended up about 650 yards apart. Both trees had coons and all the dogs held pressure from each other. I sure do love training and watching all these pups develop.
I got a video from one of the Boone and Annie females the other day. She sure is a fast hard tree dog. The guy that has her says she is doing very well.

I have been hunting Boone all by himself to get him in shape for The Grand American Hunt. If you want pups that are independant, start early, have big pretty bawl mouths and will get deep all by themselves then call me about breeding your female to Boone. This is what he looks like on a tree.

I put a little more $$$ in my pocket with Fancy last night. I wish I more time to hit a few more hunts, I think I could pile it on pretty quick. Oh well at least I'm doing OK at the ones I am hitting.

How about a Grand Daughter to Pepper Ann thru Moonlight Wizard on top and Line Bred Fireball on the bottom?

Mr Collins, thanks but I am looking for one directly out of Pepper Ann. Is yours a Nt Ch or Gr Nt Ch? Brent if you are looking for a brother, you must have a female out of Boone. How is she doing?
