I hid that coon he never saw it I turned him out of the kennel and in short order he found it i never tried to encourage him and he just started treeing he would have treed all day he will never see another one until I put him in the timber in late December that cross is gonna be natural coon dogs period. My 9 month old is treeing coons and his sister is starting to look good also I will have videos of dollar and his pups when I get the time to get them hopefully next week

Got some bad news today on a nice dollar dog I sold him to jonhathon Yates as a six wks old puppy he was a litter mate to my bill pup he was killed by a train last night I had tried to buy him back a couple times but he would not price him he was a natural like bill sorry to hear that. We are gonna breed Dixie when she comes in again it was a natural coon treeing cross but it seems every cross is producing natural coon dogs. Johnathon will have first choice on next cross with Dixie

Robbie tolson called me this evening and he took ole 50 cent out tonight for his first night in the woods at night and although a bad night for no coons walking he said 50 went his own way nose to the ground and hunted out 300-400 yards and had to round him up!!!!!not bad for 4 months old and first night out !!! Sure wasn't wanting anything to do with his other female !!!these pups acting like they gonna have that heart and drive that is missing in 95% of the pups being born these days!!!! Dollar up!!!Herman I think we might need to take one of these dollar female and outcross on the tree slamming Frankie dog????? 2013 pkc word ch hotspots. Sire!!!!! Coma up top and lispers rank on the bottom!!!!!

Hey joe my joe pup is the best acting pup I ever saw with the exception of bill he has more sence than most kids he has learned to lead with only one lesson and he never forgets where he smelled his first coon he goes to that tree behind the kennel every time I let him out to look for that coon. I would bet if I took him right now he would go hunting and probably belly up if he smelled a coon I'm very very excited about this cross. Hope all is well I will be out for a long deserved vacation for 2 wks deer season will be over when I return iam going to start taking joe on some short hunts I am already worried about something happening to him that's pretty bad on my self but I like him probably too much already I plan on him replacing dollar one day he has some big shoes to fill but I believe he will do it.

Well The biggest hunt a dog I own has won is the grand American,had one place high at walker days as a one year old ,but with wife and kids just can't go to that many hunts !!! But I can guarantee you this that I hunt 6 nights a week most eveyr week and in some rough **** hunting!!!! There is no dumb coons around here as I'm sure where you are but you can bet if a dog stays at my house it has a good mouth bawl on track great locate and chop mouth tree dogs !! They also have sense something between there ears !! They will leave you on a dead run and you will not see them until either you tone them are they tree mr coon!!! And they will tree any kind of coon there is in any conditions ,frozen ground,dry summer heat ,or swamps !!!and if they don't carry these traits they don't stay much less get backed up to a top dog to reproduce there selves!!!more people in the walker hounds need to start doing there homework and culling counterfeits and only breeding the best to the best!! And that doe ant mean looking in a magazine anywhere there are a lot as good and most better coon dogs and better reproducers in just pleasure hunters hands that will do the breed good!!! Time is getting closer on these pups to start spending a lot more nights in the woods and I hope skuna river Joe can fill his daddies shoes and even better if it's possible to carry on the skuna river line !!!!enjoy your vacation and maybe we can get together and drop ole dollar in the md river bottoms!!! You know dollar needs a vacation to!!
