Dirty

Took Deuce & Roxie tonite. Been a little while, figured i would take Dirty along for his 1st trip out @ nite. Just had his regular collar on him didn't think he would go far. When Deuce & Roxie treed bout 400yrd. & i got to them he was right there with them!!! Never seen him from the time i turned him loose till i got to the tree. Not to bad for a pup just turning 4mon. old!!!!! He want be turned loose again with out a tracking collar on him!!! Lol pretty proud of my little pup. The real work starts here shortly but he looks like he's got a good start!!!

Yeah we have all been doing good man. Hope u are. Been taking the pup with me every time I go & he goes with them every drop no matter how far they go. Not to bad i think for just turning 4 mon. Old!!! Just gonna try to keep him in the woods as much as I can. Should be a good cross u got coming up!!

Deuce x Roxie pup

Went for a while tonite & done a couple drops. 1st drop They burnt it up!! But he had a good hiding spot in that tree & wasn't able to find him. Recut & they got down on another creek & struck quick & again they laid the coal to it!! Got to them & eyes looking down. Little pup with them the whole way!! Went ahead & shot it out for Deuce & Roxie but kept Dirty tied back. Still 2 young to be jumping on em yet. Dont want to mess him up cause he is impressing me everytime i take him out for his age. put the other dogs in the box & laid a drag for him & he done a great job!! Not to mention thats the 1st drag i've ever put him on. He's doing pretty good for a 4 month old pup in my eyes!!

Ole dirty lookin good Jason ole Dixie started the same way good cross that you have made there buddy natural tree dogs and got a good forward gear.

Thanks Matt!! Yeah I'm really fired up about him!! He's still got a long ways to go but he sure is off to a good start!!! All the ones out of the 1st cross that I have been able to keep up with are doing it well so I'm hoping for the same out of these. Guess that will determine if I make it a 3rd time or not. Lol

Just finished loading up. Headed to the camper. Got the ole lady, little girl & the dogs!! Gonna go do some coon hunting a little deer hunting some cooking & some beer drinking!!!! Good times!!!!

Update on a couple pups out of Deuce and Flag.Just turned 14 months old.
One Female has qualified to go to Westminister dog show and will be making the trip.
A male is doing a great job running and treeing and the owner reports that he could be in the Nite Hunts but he is going to hold him out to mature a little more.
My female ran track on her own first night in the woods and second night treed some.LOUD!! Does not care what the old dog is doing she wants to run her own track.Not afraid to mix it up with the coon.She was never worked on drags or any thing other than just seeing live coon so she already exceeds my expectations and progress.
