know several that want a pup if Tony would do it again. No doubt a outstanding cross. Jazz and Terry's Sugar female are two fine hounds that tree coons .

Bob are you talking about June?? I know I would love to have another female out of that cross. I am really excited about getting these pups off of Jewl so i can push her this spring. She was doing really well before she had the pups, and Jerry Suttun was hunting her until about a week before she had them. She still needs a little work, but needs no help treeing a coon. She would also make one of best house dogs a man could ask for. Over all a great natured dog with a lot of brains. Do you know how some of her litter mates are doing out of the second cross?

Talked to Daniel this morning and he was upset, a black n tan put it on O Stepper last night. Treed a coon on him. I told him not to worry about it, it happens to all of them, he felt better and said he bet it probably happen to Steppers daddy Rags before, I said probably.

everything is going pretty goog right now. got mother and tom doing better and i've got back to hunting when the weather is decent. how you been doing? went over and ate supper with the warrens while they were in. they were wide open after some kind of game every day.

took ol cotton up indana last friday nite to one of my bull riding buddy; we treed three coons. was going to night but i had to see my aunt. Still getting hitched and riding bulls.

Daniel just called and Stepper caught a coon on the ground, he heard it and took off for him, when he got there they had got into a pond and the coon was drowning O Stepper, Daniel jumped in the Pond and Commist to beating the coon with the Rifle, O Stepper come up and swam for the Opposite bank and ran off. Daniel tracked him down and his head and 1 foot is chewed up bad. Daniel said O Stepper is Tramatized and he hopes it aint ruined him. He is going to change clothes and lead O Stepper back to the coon by the Pond and show him that they got the O Coon, Daniel Shot him after he got up on bank. Stepper had about Kilt the Coon and the Coon had about Kilt O Stepper.

Daniel changed clothes and lead O Stepper back to where they had the Terrible Fight, he said O Stepper tied into that dead coon and shook the tar out of him. He said now O Stepper knows the coon didnt get the best of him. He is going to spray some Purple Medicine on O Steppers cuts.

Glad your Mother and Tom are better , I think Clay breathes hunting and fishing 24-7 he is tore up all the time about some kind of critter . we been making it pretty good , i see they calling for more snow today and again middle of week . This has been a wild winter glad i dont live up north i feel for them folks .

Gave O Stepper a shot of Antibotics, Daniel was going to put him in a hunt this weekend. lol, I dont think he will be recovered enough.

Took Stepper a pack of Bologna when I gave him Penicillin, he ate that good. Talked to Daniel this walla go and he said he acts better. LOL, he doctoring him hard, he still wants to take him to the hunt this weekend, he wants to try to Grand him out. I wasnt going to do it because I didnt want to put him trough it, but heck they are just dogs. I told Daniel to go a head if he wanted to try to Grand him. I got to get him some high powered dog food, he has hunted the hide off his feet. LOL

is ready for sure. i kind of hope he never gets into coon hunting because he would go at it day and night until all were gone. some might say marriage will slow him down but i think only father time will ever do that.
