Boone is becoming a nice hound . He split 5 times in 2 nights at the zones . Sat. night split last 2 drops , which made the difference . Thank's for selling Boone to me . You would'nt know him to hunt with him now . He'll be in a different world down there , but with some luck , you'll never know , without trying .

Thanks John and everyone else that posted, texted or called. Huge thanks to Greg Benifiel for all his help. Greg said Boone looked good Thursday, made three trees, was getting off to himself, just couldn't get them to look. Wish I could have made the trip things at home just didn't work out that way. Don't think I could stand Troy, Kevin and Jason in the same vehicle for 13hrs anyway.

Just got home after a 13 hr drive . Thurs night Boone had 1st & 1st , but the other bluetick man treed his dog . Which turned out to be boone , so had to take 2nd tree . Small tree , that had vines running everywhere , with leaves on vines . Greg said he had to back up a long ways just to shine , & still couldn't shine good . Circle . Cut back loose 1st & 1st den . As they where walking to Boone's split , the Plott fell treed a little deeper with coon & blue dog had coon . Greg said the Plott , just stayed out of light & when they walked to dogs treeing , he'd sneak around . Plott 150 + Blue dog back even with bd. Boone 400 circle . Turned loose again 1st & 1st big oak with 1 place to shine with all the underbrush . Couldn't shine much , had to circle . 10 minutes left 1st strike hunted the clock out . Thanks for all the nice CONGRATS we did all we could do . THANKS AGAIN . 625 circle

You might of not been able to take a long trip like that with them other men . Windows had to go down several times , during that trip . lol. Then you probably arrested the driver , for speeding . lol. Had a great time with some nice fellowship . I'd like to say thanks to Mr. Corky Burks Mrs. Beverly Burks & there son Mr. Jeff Burks They made the drive over from Mississippi , just to give there support . Thanks Burks family , your wonderful people !!! See you all soon .

hey kevin see ya soon i had to call ya the other nite , that dog treed is just loud and awesome had to let someone else hear it !! he treed 2 that night and i think he is gonna be ready for the hunts in a month or so!!! he has only seen 4 coon his whole life and thats fixin to change in 5 wks lol

Sounded good on the wood . We'll have to come over some weekend & tree some of them coon, you don't have . lol Good luck with him in the hunts . Jason won the Shelbyville hunt , with the Max Destruction female we bought . Saturday night at Clarksville , got beat on a tiebreaker . She's getting there , but still needs timber time . Jason's been hunting her in thin coon , to get her to hunt deep . I've been hunting Loner with other hounds , to get him used to dogs . He's almost ready for hunts .

No one came up with the money to buy mine and I can't just chuck something I paid $20 for into the woods, no matter how pizzed I am. I appreciate the offer though. I've been getting to the woods some. Not as much as I want to be, but it's been a long time since that's happend. Been busy at work and home both. Brandy's granpa passed away Friday and we've been gone most of the day the last two days. Indy looking decent, Lilly still needs some work.
