Got any moisture at all Spotty? REA was up here all week cuttin' brush-- where ever they done any diggin' it was plenty dry. Thats ok Mike we got plenty of heat don't need no more thanks.

the two we done today were down in the creek bottom,you didn't have to go over and inch or so and there was moisture in the ground...does the creek in front of your house still have water in it??????

Here is a funny for you. Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to, doesn't mean they
don't love you with all they have.

Ralph and Edna were both patients in a mental hospital. One day, while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool, Ralph suddenly jumped into the deep end.


He sank to the bottom of the pool and stayed there. Edna promptly jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom, and pulled him out. When the Head Nurse Director became aware of Edna's heroic act, she immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as she now considered her to be mentally stable.

When she went to tell Edna the news she said, 'Edna, I have good news and bad news. The good news is you're being discharged, since you were able to rationally respond to a crisis by jumping in and saving the life of the person you love. I have concluded that your act displays sound mindedness. The bad news is, Ralph hung himself in the bathroom with his bathrobe belt right after you saved him. I am so sorry, but he's dead.'

Edna replied, 'He didn't hang himself, I put him there to dry. How soon can I go home?'

Boy the heat has sure been a fun one so far ain't it? Went and picked up a front end for the Yota I just bought and the bed. Things was going great untill the chain we used to lift the front end bounced off the trailer and took out a tire on the trailer LOL!

Here is a picture of the new Yota ready to coon hunt



I had to get rid of the 3/4 ton as the 9mpg was killing the hunting.

We picked about a butter tub full of blackberries last weekend. We took the baby and it was plum too hot for her then. This weekend we planned on cleaning a patch or two but it was WAY too hot to take the baby out. Since mom is down with her cancer battle we don't have a baby watcher to keep her. We might just have to settle for what we picked.

Sure hope my F.O.I.D card shows up before squirell season. That will not be fun if not!!

Went to see Craig Campbell last night at the bagelfest. He put on a great show and the baby, wife and I had a large time. Went tonight to see Travis Tritt and it was no where near as much fun... was much cooler tonight though.

Hope you boys are doing good and faring well in this stupid heat!

We got a spittin' of rain but it COOLED DOWN---and a nice breeze from the north. Everybody turn their fans to the south and send some cool breeze Mike's way. Never heard that one Gut--but have now.

TD make sure you send it down here in a hurry. I am on my last thread with heat. Going out this evening and throw two Rib Eyes steak on the grill. One is 1/2 inch thick and the other one is 1 inch thick. Bet you can't guess who gets that one.
