Bears... WOW that female lived a LONG life!!

Snakes... I DO like snakes... but I SURE wouldn't wanna get attacked/killed by one!

HOT day here, stayed inside for all but 15 minutes or so. I SWAM thru the heavy air to get the mail... and the dogs and I slowly went to the dog pen and back... Webster didn't even bother to go pee...lol...

Corky, Hope you get a truck that is a perfect fit for ya!

A RETIREE'S LAST TRIP TO WALMART

Yesterday I was at the Walmart buying a large bag of Purina dog chow for my loyal pet, Owen, the Wonder Dog and was in the check-out line when a woman behind me asked if I had a dog

What did she think I had an elephant?

So because I'm retired and have little to do, on impulse, I told her that no, I didn't have a dog, I was starting the Purina Weight Loss Diet again. I added that I probably shouldn't, because I ended up in the hospital last time, but that I'd lost 50 pounds before I awakened in an intensive care ward with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IVs in both arms.

I told her that it was essentially a Perfect Diet and that the way that it works is, to load your pants pockets with
Purina Nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry. The food is nutritionally complete, (certified), so it works well and I was going to try it again. (I have to mention here that practically everyone in line was now enthralled with my story.)

Horrified, she asked if I ended up in intensive care, because the dog food poisoned me. I told her no, I had stopped to pee on a fire hydrant and a car hit me.

I thought the guy behind her was going to have a heart attack he was laughing so hard.

WB, all them red dogs look alike and the tree there on must be in your back yard cause you sho have a lot of pics of the same one or is that just the same pic you been showing for years.

Rob, got a few friends going to the zones with blue dogs, odds still against us. The Pepper dog Troy Sayler is hunting is a nice dog. Never hunted with the Brummy dog, but he has done some winning. The Molly female was real good in her prime but I think age and pen time is working on her some. Tommy has some pups he is working with off of spanky and hasnt been hunting her like he used too.

Morning all,
Looks like work will have me another week of no hunting. I have to take my wife to see Willie Nelson Friday night then DJ a high school reunion Saturday night.
On a good note though I have decided I am going to keep two pups for a time. One I will kepp and the other I am going to use to push my son and myself to compete against each other to make them grands. Once I grand it on the bench I will get rid of it ( I say that now).

I have the 5.3 in my Avalanche and I love it. It has 140K on it and runs strong.

I got a weedeater motor in my 94 Mazda that barely gets mine and Bonds fat a$$ up any hill but she keeps on ticking and plan to drive her til she rots. May be today but bought it brand new an its been a good one

James Ive talked to clyde quite of few times and his Brummy hound.He is the real deal. I'm planning on getting a few tubes from him once he haves him collected again.

Watching the Pats game... and somehow... I got distracted and went over to classifieds BEFORE coming on here... and to the breed forums! LOL.. That is a first!
HOT and GROSS muggy right now...NO STORMS yet but might have some. Hope the game stays safe...and that WE WIN of course...
