Like Jake said, me and my uncle made our pick.......he was the ugly one!!! We decided to hang the name of Slammer on him, just for a little more incentive to hunt the hair off him! Oh, and that ugly thing, I was just kidding, cause there isn't any in that whole litter! I hope all those Rambler pups that are just born, or already doing it in the woods, and everything in between, add to making the Walker breed even more dominant.

Have made 3 trees with Rambler Sunday and Monday. Saw 2 coon and 1 den. The den my young pup was barking on saw I'm sure coon was there!

Last night (Monday) Rambler started a track, tapped 4 trees that I'm almost positive were dens, moved on each time and treed with the meat about 900 yards later. Wind was gusting up 30-35 MPH. It was a pretty awesome thing to watch and on garmin and listen to! I'm sure lots of dogs would have pulled up on any of those dens!

Going to lay him up tonite and hit a PKC hunt in PA tomorrow!

Me and big ram came up a little short last nite in PA. Got beat on a tiebreaker. I guess those are the breaks! We will be hitting a few pkc hunts next week before heading south for southeastern walker days!

Rambler will be heading to Jeromesville this wednesday for a PKC hunt and then heading south for Southeastern Walker Days Friday morning. Then we return back to Ohio for a BUSY BUSY BUSY month of March, I guess you could call it Rambler's March Madness! haha

Anyone that wants to come see Rambler go just let me know we will cut him any way you want to see him go!

Rambler picked up his first PKC win of the new year tonight at Jeromesville. Treed only coon of the cast by himself in some pretty cold temp and snow.

Makes him 6 for 10 in PKC casts for a 60% win rate.

Taking tomorrow night off and then heading south for Southeastern Walker Days Friday and Saturday! Hopefully I'll have cell service to report some good news!

Had a messed up cast. Ramblers only track went in the ground. Was leash locked for a loooong time walkin to others slick trees. Hopefully tonite will b better.
