Jeff, There are several things you can use to help. Topically you can use a capsacin cream to help ease pain. Vitamin d and b12, and cayenne which also has capsacin if you can handle the hot stuff, white willow bark been used for over a thousand years to ease pain it has something in it called Salicin, which is a forerunner to aspirin. It not only reduces pain but inflammation also but unlike aspirin it will not thin your blood or irritate your stomach. Can be taken as capsules or tea. Ginkgo (Ginkgo Biloba) Helps bring oxygen to muscle cells, is also a powerfull antioxidant. Dosage according to label directions. I always research everything for side effects before I take it because some things interact with other medications. Just look online for side effects and make your own decision.
