 Slough

Last Fri. night , we had a storm for about a half hour . Couldn't tell it by the next morning . We need a 4 to 5 day rain . This is the 3rd yr. in a row of dry weather . But this summer is dryer than the past 2 yr's . I know it's bad everywhere , but please lord , give us some rain please .

hows that pup youve got off Dixie and Crook doing?The one i kept is coon crazy and treeing some with the older dogs,shes split once and had it.Im still pushing Dixie to grand,shes got 2 wins so far.

She has barked so much , she has lost her mouth . I showed her a caged coon , & she got right after it . She acts plum stupid in a kennel . She won't learn to quit barking . Shock shock shock , & still wants to bark . If she don't get voice back , she'll be useless . She had a beautiful mouth , & lost it .

Around here I would have to put the bark collar on her probably once a week for a day and she would get the point.I didnt hit her with the hot shock collar because she was so young.Both of them would go nuts if the cats were around but I wasnt going to break them from that.If she doesnt work out let me know and we can work something out on Dixies next litter.
