Sat. nights hunt

John Gardner and family were here in V.B. this week-end. They have a nice camper they keep here not far from Allen's house.I took John and 2 of his 3 girls huntin'.Took Geronimo and Boogie.First drop,both dogs acted like idiots.Wouldn't get out and hunt.Still ain't figgered out why.So,we loaded up and dropped again on the opposite side of the same farm.Geronimo struck and treed very quick 320 yds. from the truck.Went to the tree and he had a big ol' coon.Very easy one to see too.John's girls really got a kick out of that.They both watched as the coon climbed higher.We leashed the hounds and headed home.Although it didn't start too good,it ended well.

Rob dad is doing better now. I did went out last night with a few buddies. We had a good hunt. We had two drops and 2 coons. The Foot dog look good last night. Going to put him in a hunt this weekend.
