SPRING......
It's been unusually warm and the ground is bare half way up the mountains. Been a pretty tough cat season for getting decent conditions. The lack of snow also makes it hard to tell what's going on with wolf activity too. But we're still doing ok on them.

No thanks. The older I get, the more I look forward to spring. We put the snowmobiles away and are riding the 4 wheelers to all our wolf sets.

Looking real good Dustin!! I'm putting my order in for a double Black Jack bred female that looks just like Knight!!!

We are currently trying to breed a double Black Jack female back to Black Jack's littermate brother, Stifler. He's getting old and she hasn't cooperated and came in yet, so time will tell if we get it done.

We didn't have much snow this year, the bears should be out here anytime.

Been raining since cat season started. We didn't get to go bird hunting this year. Been getting all our wolf trapping sets made and waiting for some snow to cat hunt.

was great to hear from you yesterday dustin. seeing all your pics make me think back to my air force days when i stationed in mt home idaho. love to see that country again. sent you a few pics of some 2 week old pups out of heilo our lightfoot bred female and hardtime eddie. the color on some make me think your side of her ped is showing thru. thanks for keeping those great action photos coming.

I'm still kickin'. Just decided I wanted a break from trying to promote the dogs, and have been focusing more on the family and enjoying our own hunting. Sniper is still doing well and I have a couple pups out of her and Knight to start this winter that I'm excited about.
