Bo, I've got a 19 month old male that I'm really high on. Got him from back home. He's a TREE DOG. He needs work cause he got hunted when he shouldn't have and laid up when he should've, but he's like the rest of em, got a head full of sense and wants to please. I'll keep you posted.

Congrats to Randy st Claire, he bought a young male off me several months ago, the hound was off smokey and Millie, Millie is a nitech gyp off if frosty blu bobo, randy has really hunted the dog hard and made him nitech last nite in WV, thanks a lot randy for pushing that dog and making him nitech, good luck on making him a dual grand...

Yeah Bo, Bob bred her to Shotgun and has 6 pups, 4 males and 2 females I think. Good looking pups. I really haven't hunted her near as much as I have Shotgun but I like her alot. She's a solid tree dog that just slips off and gets treed. Seems accurate too. I like her. Y'all are doing good!

Bo, Sam and Ryan
Wanted to let you guys know that Charlie won his cast Friday night and is now a Dual Grand at two years old.

If you remember I entered him in his first hunt last December as a one year old and he won six cast straight.

We thank you guys for letting us have such a nice young hound and look forward to hunting our next Smokey pup.

I believe the new reproducers list has Smokey at 6th place with a lot of his pups being very young yet. Can't wait to get my female bred next fall. Gonna concentrate on some big hunts first..
Believe it or not, I have several spoken for already. People that know Jane and hunters that know I study pedigrees a lot....

Bo, I called it on Smokey long before he had his 100 pups, or the latest to make Nite and Gr Nite... He will go down as a reproducer, I can feel it. He has proven me right so far.. and it'll only get better.
With the genetics behind Jane, her sister being Dual Grand at 2 years, her other sister started in the hunts and doing well, her younger brother at stud and needing only a 1st.. Her half brother being Dual Gr... I feel I picked the best stud for her, time will tell....

Lil x Smokey

Chief


Chief has a good mouth for a 4 month old pup. Very houndsy. Has a lot of leg, big boned, deep chest. He has trees several squirrels around the house, bayed on a caged coon and treed on a released cage coon. Atley is pretty happy so far. Still have a long ways to go.
