Not true, sir

They all went to jail on charges having nothing to do with Trump or his campaign. That is exactly why here very soon you are going to see James Comey, Clapper and Brennan having to answer for all they're wrong doing. And once they begin singing to save their own asses, you gonna see some of your Democratic buddies going to prison. Mark my words, sir. A day of reckoning is coming. Rob

Socialism And The Second Amendment
If these socialists win majorities in Congress and the U.S. Senate, all of our freedoms could be lost—especially our rights protected by the Second Amendment.
History proves it. Name a socialist country where citizens have a true right to keep and bear arms. You can’t do it.

The Socialists have taken over the Democratic party. If you people haven't noticed, the old democrat farm labor party is gone.

The 2nd amendment protects the rest of the constitution.

Canada is a socialist country and I have lots of guns. To change an amendment needs to be ratified by 2/3 of the states I believe. Cant be done in congress.

Canada is neither a socialist state nor does it have a socialist economy. Canada has a capitalist system, meaning its economy is based on the accumulation of capital, the organization of the production of wealth on the basis of the wage labor relationship with the means of production (industries and firms) predominately privately-owned and operated to generate a profit for their (private) owners.
Canada’s economy isn’t socialist because the means of production are not predominantly under social ownership either in the form of public enterprise or cooperatives. Even with respect to the concept of “market socialism” Canada misses the mark because there are no significant commercial publicly-owned enterprises generating revenue for the state to remit to the entire population in the form of social dividends or social spending.
Canada is very much a capitalist economy, and just like most capitalist countries, its government regulates its markets and uses the public sector to provide public goods for its citizens financed out of its general budget. Canada maintains a highly liberalized (free-market) variation of capitalism where state intervention in price formation is kept to a minimum.
Canada is also not a “socialist country” in the sense of a constitutional socialist state, which is a state that is officially run and organized in a way to transition from capitalism to socialism (this is what the USSR, People’s Republic of China et al. are).
The Canadian economy is best described as a capitalist mixed economy, with the “mixture” referring to a mix of state intervention / regulation and free market (liberal) approaches, and not to a mixture of socialism and capitalism

Oath of office for congress.
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God." Oath of office of state officers. Each officer created by this article before entering upon his duties shall take an oath or affirmation to support the constitution of the United States.
Looks like most so called Democrats are violating their oath of office by not protecting the constitution of the U.S. Especially the 2 nd amendment. Also all these so called democrats (socialists) are ineligible.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Not hard to understand, except by those who want socialism. You can't have socialism if the people are able to defend themselves. PROVEN FACT!

You shouldn't post lies. Pelosi has had completed USMCA sitting on her desk for 13 mos and has not acted on it. She waited until after the impeachment hearings and announced its passage in an attempt to show voters that they could pass a bill and impeach at the same time. In reality she held the US economy back for 13 months trying to cause a recession.
Pelosi is nothing but a politician. She cares nothing about the common people of the US. She only cares about her own political agenda.

White House presses ahead with sending USMCA to Congress without Pelosi greenlight
by Sean Higgins
| May 30, 2019 07:36 PM
The Trump administration on Thursday began the process for seeking congressional approval of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement on trade, starting the clock on when the House would be required to vote in order to ratify it.

The White House had waited on a greenlight from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., to submit the deal but indicated in recent weeks it had grown impatient. Pelosi said the White House was jumping the gun.

U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer submitted a Statement of Administrative Action letter to congressional leaders on Thursday. The letter allows the White House to formally submit the deal to Congress within 30 days. Once the draft deal itself is submitted to Congress, the House must vote on it in 60 days, according to Trade Promotion Authority, the law covering congressional approval of deals.

"The Trump Administration’s decision to send Congress a draft statement of administrative action before we have finished working with U.S. Trade Representative Lighthizer to ensure the USMCA benefits American workers and farmers is not a positive step,” Pelosi said in a statement Thursday. “It indicates a lack of knowledge on the part of the Administration on the policy and process to pass a trade agreement.”

The White House had been engaged in talks with the speaker, who had held up the vote until issues such as the deal's labor rights enforcement provisions were shored up. Last week, President Trump said, "Bob Lighthizer is waiting to get the okay from her to send it in. But we're at a point where we're just going to have to send it in."

Whether a vote on the deal is scheduled is completely at Pelosi's discretion. Marc Short, chief of staff to Vice President Mike Pence, said on Wednesday that the speaker "has the keys here about when this gets brought up and what the process is," but that the administration was trying to pressure her to get a vote scheduled by getting businesses and pro-trade Democrats to lobby her office.

Democrats argued the move was sabotaging attempts to reach consensus on the remaining issues. "With trademark chaos, this preemptive move seeks to supplant what could have been a productive process. Without strong labor provisions, environmental protections, and real enforcement that promotes American job creation, we are still miles away from the finish line," said Rep. Bill Pascrell, D-N.J.

The White House's move comes as U.S. trade partners were making their own moves to ratify the deal. Canada launched its process to gets its parliament to approve it on Wednesday. Mexico submitted the deal to its Republic of the Congress on Thursday.

Spokesmen for the White House and the U.S. Trade Representative's Office did not respond to requests for comment.

"I want to assure you that we’re making energetic efforts to move approval through the Congress of the United States this summer," Pence said at a joint press conference Thursday in Ottawa with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Remember last year when shciff said this never happened after Nunes put out a memo describing fisa fraud

WASHINGTON — The secret federal court that approves orders for conducting surveillance on suspected foreign terrorists or spies issued a strong and highly unusual public rebuke to the FBI on Tuesday, ordering the agency to say how it intends to correct the errors revealed last week by a Justice Department report on one aspect of the FBI's investigation of Donald Trump's 2016 campaign.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz said the FBI made serious and repeated mistakes in seeking under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA, to conduct surveillance of Carter Page, a former Trump campaign adviser.

The FBI's submission to the court made assertions that were "inaccurate, incomplete, or unsupported by appropriate documentation," the report said.

Rosemary Collyer, presiding judge on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, said in the unusual public order that the report "calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable." She ordered the FBI to explain in writing by Jan. 10 how it intends to remedy those problems.

Collyer said the FBI's handling of the Page case "was antithetical to the heightened duty of candor" required by the law that established the surveillance court. Judges on the court rely entirely on the government's submissions. Because they are the only documents the court sees, the government has a heightened duty of candor, she said.

Her order said the FBI must explain "what it has done, and plans to do, to ensure the statements of facts in each FBI application accurately and completely reflects information possessed by the FBI."

Inspector General Michael Horowitz said last week that he has already opened a new review, looking at whether the FBI is complying with its duty to provide accurate information to the FISA court in seeking to conduct surveillance of Americans in terrorism and spying investigations.

FBI Director Christopher Wray announced shortly after the inspector general's report was issued that he has ordered changes in how the FBI submits requests to the FISA court.

"The FBI has some work to do," he said.

In response to Tuesday’s order, the FBI said in a statement that it is committed to working with the FISA court and the Justice Department to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the process. "FISA is an indispensable tool in national security investigations," the FBI said.

The FISA court, established by Congress, consists of 11 federal judges chosen by the Supreme Court's chief justice and meets in secret in a federal courthouse in Washington. It has long been criticized by civil libertarians who consider it simply an arm of the government and not sufficiently independent.

"This was not the first time the government abused its surveillance powers, nor was it the first time the intelligence court was made aware of surveillance abuses," said Neema Singh Guliani of the ACLU. "Congress must radically reform the FISA process to increase accountability, and to ensure that there is a meaningful opportunity to challenge the government's allegations in FISA applications. We can't trust the secret intelligence court alone to police this process."
