WHAT IF YOU PITCH ON A DOG THINKING ALL YOU GET IS A WARNING AND THE MAJORITY OF THE CAST VOTES THAT THE DOG YOU PITCHED ON IS BABBLING THEN YOU GET 100-,THAT WILL MAKE YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO IT AGAIN.

Then you just say “sorry, I called the wrong dog” and take your warning.

Generally "pitching" a dog refers to when a dog is deep and can't be heard clearly. So you're able to call your dog without anyone being able to totally prove what dogs are there. So I'm not sure how you would pitch a dog that was babbling.
