I haven't been able to yet but that doesn't stop me from trying. This just might be the year.

I'll be there. Maybe I will come home with more than I go there with. 😊

I always want to come home with less than I take. One year I went to Holmesville with 3 dogs and by Sat night I didn't have a dog to hunt. My wife was real proud of me when I came home with an empty Jeep.

Has anyone heard anything from that Sawblade guy? Is he going to be there? And isn't this hunt in the Pa boys backyard? I haven't seen or heard anything from that Gruver fellow lately either.

It is getting awfully close to decision time. Do I take the older solid dependable Gr Nt dog and risk drawing out with one of those Moonlighters? Or do I take a young crazy dog that I don't know what he is going to do and get to hunt in registered class? Hmmmm. Either way I am sure going to have a lot of fun.

Jesse, I am going up early but haven't decided where I am going yet. I didn't know that you could hunt more than 3 nights in the same week. What are you doing Mon night?

All right there are less than 10 days left until we see who has been talking and who has been walking. Still haven't heard from some of the big time Gr Nt Ch's. Will Gr Nt Ch Mighty Might Goose be there? What about Gr Nt Ch Mighty Might T. Will Robbie Abrams be there with Gr Nt Little Billy? Will Jack Lemar be there with Gr Nt Jim Bob? And what about Gr Nt Ch Case XX? Surely Mike and Gr Nt Ch Smoking Buck will be there? How many Gr Nt Ch's are you Pa boys bringing? What about Gr Nt Butternut Cruiser? Surely Gr Nt Dudley Do Right will be there. And how about those Stillwater Gr Nt Ch's? Who have I left out? Everyone is being awfully quite this year.

I might borrow a dog to hunt since that one "pro trainer" says I don't know how to train one myself

It sounds like I am in the same boat as you, except your young dog is better than my young dog and my older "solid dependable" dog hasn't been so solid or dependable the last couple weeks lol.
And yes Richard you do need a Facebook account, just think of all the discussions you could be in on.

That's right, I am a Pro at giving opinions and I sure do have a lot of them. If I don't have one of my own then I just steal someone elses and act like it is mine.
Only one week left now. I am leaving next Mon. I am sure going to be busy this week. I won't need Facebook. I will have face to face next week.
Jerhovy, that will be great. It is nice to see that those Redbones are alive and well up there in the far Northeast. Are y'all bringing Wendy's littermate brother?

Yes sir
NTCH GRCH Dark Timber Red Angus will be there if I am! I plan on hunting him at least one night.
If Addy (Moose x Frog) isnt in heat im gonna hunt her a night to.
Im bringing Walter as back up hopefully he gets a cast win this weekend then he will be a NTCH as well I found other handlers do far better with my hounds in hunts than I do
My Girlfriend may come friday and saturday night Im trying to get her to hunt our little female Reaper but she is nervous it would be her first hunt.
Then my friend Courtney will be bringing his Male dog Woody who i hunted up this past month for him he is 2 for 2 with cast wins in PKC and has a first in UKC
So the far northeast should have a good showing of dogs! These poor mountain dogs arent gonna know what to do with all that flat ground
