They absolutely will keep trying, all sportsmen need to stick together and put aside our differences for the greater good of all of us. Yes, there are some bad apples out there who should be dealt with. They aren't the ones who will really be effected by the legislation because they will to continue to do what they are doing now regardless of what is on the books since in all likelihood they are already in violation of current laws. Ol' Ben Franklin summed it up pretty well when he said "We must,indeed, all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately."
