 | I was going to hold my tongue, but I can't help it.  For the love of God people read the constitution.  Your right to privacy can be infringed upon if there is probably cause to issue a warrant.  If this (expletive deleted) was still alive, he would have no legal grounds to deny the FBI from trying to search the phone.
 Now if there was a constitutional right being violated, it could be argued that the 3rd amendment is being violated, in that a governmental organization is trying to force a private party to render services out of convenience.
 
 By the way, this whole argument is irrelevant because the FBI paid a third party to crack the phone and they did it without Apple's help.
